Hyra Flying Club only texts people who opt in. This page shows where and how we ask.
On our website you opt in by ticking an SMS checkbox. The checkbox is optional and unchecked when the form opens. You don't have to tick it to book a visit, request a callback or sign up.
The exact wording
Every form shows the same checkbox, with this text:
Yes, Hyra Flying Club may text me about my visit, membership, reservations and account. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to book. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
We record each opt-in with this exact wording, the date and time, and the page it was given on.

The SMS checkbox sits at the bottom of the form, above the Continue button. It is unchecked until you tick it.

After you opt in
After you opt in, the first text you get from us is:
Hyra Flying Club: you're opted in to visit & account texts. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. HELP for help, hi@hyraflyingclub.com. STOP to opt out.
- Our texts are about your visit, membership, reservations and account. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We confirm once and send no more texts after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hi@hyraflyingclub.com.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
